Tired of high gas prices? Perhaps there’s some relief in sight! As of March 27, 2023, California has signed a new gas price gouging law aimed at preventing retailers from charging excessive prices during declared states of emergency. The law, known as Assembly Bill 156 (AB 156), updates and strengthens previous gas price gouging laws and expands the definition of what constitutes “unconscionably excessive” pricing. AB 156 prohibits retailers from increasing the price of gasoline more than 10% above the average price charged in the 30 days prior to the declared state of emergency. Retailers are also required to provide written notice of their pricing to the Attorney General’s office within 24 hours of implementing any price increase. Failure to comply with these requirements can result in civil penalties up to $10,000 per violation. Read more here.

TEEN DRIVING LESSONS
Teen lessons are conducted 7 days a week to help with students school schedules. We also have two formats to complete the minimum requirement of 6 hours behind-the-wheel.
Driver Education: Online
Our online program provides the student with the required Driver Education course online. The students can complete this self paced course around their busy schedules.
Driver Education: live
Our classroom Driver Education course is taught by a certified instructor and provides the student with all the knowledge to obtain their license and be a successful driver.
Adult In-Car Lessons
Adult drivers can be a little nervous at times. Whether you just started late, have a medical condition or DMV is requiring a retest... Driversity will get you ready.
