Driversity is Upgrading Our Scheduling and Payment Platform!
The top goal for Driversity has always been to provide world-class customer service. To this end, Driversity has long provided a self-service capability to our valued customers. We are now in the process of upgrading our scheduling and payment infrastructure to a modern platform that is purpose-built for driving schools, secure, and optimized for mobile devices. This platform is called Drive Scout.
What to Expect
Once we have transferred your information (student, parent, permit, payment, and appointment information) from our legacy system to Drive Scout, you will receive an e-mail requesting you to change your password. Click on the link in the e-mail to access Drive Scout and double check that your account information is set up correctly, along with any upcoming scheduled lessons (“sessions”).
Driversity has provided a set of video tutorials to help you understand how to navigate and use the Drive Scout application.
